Rules and Regulations for Sanctioning Building Plan (Residential)
- Copy of Proposed Building Plan duly signed by Local Councillor
- Photo copy of land deed (Both sides) duly signed by Local Councillor
- Photo copy of upto date Tax Receipt.
- Applications in prescribed form for sanctioning building plan (To be collected from Municipal Office) & duly certified by the Local Councillor.
- Details of existing structure in case of renovation of old building duly certified by the Local Councillor.
- Site plan and copies thereof.
Rules and Regulations for Sanctioning Building Plan (Commercial)
- Copy of Proposed Building Plan duly signed by Local Councillor
- Site Plan.
- Photo copy of land deed (Both sides) duly signed by Local Councillor.
- Photo copy of upto date Tax Receipt.
- Applications in prescribed form for sanctioning building plan (To be collected from Municipal Office) & duly certified by the Local Councillor.
- 6. Soil test report.
- Structural Sheet.
BUILDING PLAN CHARGES
FOR RESIDENTIAL :
1. Upto 1000 sq.ft. – Rs. 1.50 per sq.ft.
2. Above 1000 sq.ft. – Rs.3.00 per sq.ft.
Along with this if valuation of building exceeds Rs.10,00,000 , 1% cess will be include above Rs.10,00,000.
Total cess = (Total valuation of Building – 10,00,000) x 1% cess
FOR OTHERS:
Rs. 3.00 per sq.ft. and 1% cess on the valuation of building.
