Rules and Regulations for Sanctioning Building Plan (Residential)

  1. Copy of Proposed Building Plan duly signed by Local Councillor
  2. Photo copy of land deed (Both sides) duly signed by Local Councillor
  3. Photo copy of upto date Tax Receipt.
  4. Applications in prescribed form for sanctioning building plan (To be collected from Municipal Office) & duly certified by the Local Councillor.
  5. Details of existing structure in case of renovation of old building duly certified by the Local Councillor.
  6.  Site plan and copies thereof.

Rules and Regulations for Sanctioning Building Plan (Commercial)

  1. Copy of Proposed Building Plan duly signed by Local Councillor
  2.  Site Plan.
  3. Photo copy of land deed (Both sides) duly signed by Local Councillor.
  4.  Photo copy of upto date Tax Receipt.
  5.  Applications in prescribed form for sanctioning building plan (To be collected from Municipal Office) & duly certified by the Local Councillor.
  6. 6. Soil test report.
  7. Structural Sheet.

BUILDING PLAN CHARGES

FOR RESIDENTIAL :

1.  Upto 1000 sq.ft.   –   Rs. 1.50 per sq.ft.

2. Above 1000 sq.ft.  –  Rs.3.00   per sq.ft.

Along with this  if valuation of building exceeds Rs.10,00,000 , 1% cess will be include above Rs.10,00,000.

Total cess = (Total valuation of Building – 10,00,000) x 1% cess

FOR OTHERS:

Rs. 3.00 per sq.ft. and 1% cess on the valuation of building.
